+++ Kindly tell us more about the intended purpose of the accounts e.g
for teaching purposes or for research purposes

1. By applying this application, the Requestor and the Users agree
not to reveal the UserID and Password and any related information or
whatsoever, obtained through this process, to any unathorised parties
unless the Requestor/User has been authorized by BII, or are required
by law.
2. The Users are not allowed to share the same account.
3. Only the specified source IP will be granted permission to access
on SSH port 22 & Web port 80.
4. The source IP provided by the Requestor shall only be used for authenication
into the Winconsin Package Software. BII will not reveal any information
to any external organisation unless authorised by the Requestor, or required
by law.
5. BII reserves the rights to restrict access to the Wisconsin Package
Software should any breach of security and confidentiality be found.
6. Request for multiple users may be done in a single application form.
Please copy & paste the User's Information portion for more than one
user application.
7. Please note that all the fields marked "*" in the application form
are compulsory.
8. Please specify the position and department in full. Incomplete forms
will not be processed.
9. The SBCR support team will inform you via email/phone once the application
is approved.
10. This form is applicable only to research and academic institutions
in Singapore. |
